Food and wine exhibitors will showcase, sample and trade their products on site to a selected audience of connoisseurs, industry experts and operators, food and wine lovers. The targeted public will be reached thanks to the networking that the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Melbourne and Peter Rowland Catering have developed throughout the year.
The involvement of celebrity chefs, Italian culture and food and wine experts will attract the qualified public that will give to the event the touch of exclusivity that qualifies Gusto Italiano as the pinnacle event for the celebration of the Italian lifestyle.

MEET THE HOSPITALITY
Food and Wine importers can access an exclusive B2B program reserved to the hospitality industry. A small group of selected restaurants (max. 30) will be invited to meet a limited number of importers and distributors of premium food and wine.

A B2B program will also be available for those interested in meeting Italian exhibitors whose products are not distributed in Australia yet.

PERMIT AND LICENCE
Temporary Limited Liquor Licence
In order to comply with Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation requirements, exhibitors selling alcohol MUST obtain a Temporary Limited Liquor Licence.
RSA Certificate
All personnel serving wines on site MUST hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate.
Streatrader regisatration
Participants serving food and drinks must be registered with Streatrader to operate a Temporary Food Premises. If not already registered, you can do so online at https://streatrader.health.vic.gov.au. You will also need to complete and submit a Statement of Trade online at least 5 days prior to the event. Please see the Streatrader website above for instructions.
